Check #1: Does the underbust band fit correctly?
- Bend down, come back up and stretch your arms in the air. Now stand to the side of the mirror and see if Your underbust band still parallel to the floor is lying against your body. Has it ridden up?
- Pull your underbust band away from your body... Does your fist fit loosely between the band and your back?
- A new bra should best to be closed only in the first hookas it will widen with time and after several washes. Can you simply close your bra completely or could you even tie it?
If even one point applies, you are probably wearing an underbust band that is too loose. That's why it's important for you to wear the right underbust band: 80% of the support comes from the underbust band (with a matching bra). Only 20 % of the load is distributed across the beams. But if a Band selected too large no support guaranteed can easily cause neck tension, back pain, headaches or even deformation of the shoulders. The bra should fit snugly but not restrict your breathing or freedom of movement.
The underbust straps of our bras such as the "True" lake or "Pure Conscious Strappy" flamingo are made in such a way that they are tight enough to optimally support the weight of your chest. Bras expand over time, so your SugarShape bra should initially only be able to be fastened on the first or second hook.
